Azul- I'm sooo sorry little guy :'(

I only had him two weeks. He was my little PetCo baby.

He got sick a few days ago and I tried and tried and tried to make him better, but it didn't work.

Last night he looked absolutely awful, about an hour after I did his change, even though he was looking a bit better when I did the water change.

I just had this feeling he wouldn't make it through the night- the same way I felt when Mister Fishy died.

I was right.

I woke up this morning to see him face down in one of his plants, exactly where he'd land if he just started to sink....

I feel so bad that it happened.... I know it's small consolation that he had a bit of time in a heated, clean tank and he was well fed, but I still feel awful.

Mister Fishy II is still thriving, and I think I want to give having two Bettas another try, but if I get another one, it'll be from my LFS like Mister Fishy II was.

RIP Zully, my beautiful butterfly boy.
