White bump? D:

HEy everyone!

I woke up this morning and as usual, I went to take a look at my babies. Cezanne and Alejandro are alright as usual, but I noticed something on Leonardo's face. There's a white bump almost the size of her inner pupil resting next to her right eye. I never noticed it there yesterday, I feel like it grew overnight.

Does anyone know what this is? It kinda looks like a pimple... My poor baby, and does anyone know a way to treat it?

Yeah! It kinda looks similar but just not as big. She hasn't been acting different... I'm just worried that this might go really bad if I don't treat it. :(
