I just got the notification of her PM about an hour ago. One of my best sources of information on medication right now is
http://www.americanaquariumproducts.com/
their
http://www.americanaquariumproducs.com/columanris.html is about the best set of instructions I could find.
The danger with Flexibactor Columnaris is that it may not actually BE flexibactor columnaris. Aeromonas and Pseudoaeromonas can appear to be the same but are incredibly easy to treat.
One thing I did pick up from this web site is the use of "jungle clear water" which has Potassium Permanganate as a dip treatment for bacterial infections at 2x the bottle's stated tank dosage.
I'm thinking it's the regular dosage I stuck in my tank to clear the water column while running the UV sterilizer which saved the lives of Sheen, Cherries, Red, Little Boy, Kingsley and two unnamed blue girls.
As a medication it is rediculously cheap and I got mine at walmart, so I assume its available at any that have aquarium chemicals.
Btw, I'm a "he", I know I write rather un-dudely.
