I could never work with kids. The screaming and crying would get on my nerves. lol But, in all fairness, I;'m just not used to being around kids so I guess I just don't know how to relate to them.

Interestingly enough, I don't have kids either. LOL! I've had enough of kids to last my whole life. I was the person in the family everyone looked to for babysitting or dogsitting or housesitting. "Janine will do it!"

Now I can do what I want. I do love kids but I know how hard it is. It changes everything. Things you don't even think of. I like things like they are now. :P

I had to take one of those home for a few days when I was in highschool. It is a pain in the rear. Mine would be up all night and cry but during the day it would sleep, go figure.

Yeah, I think ours had the bracelet thing too... I'd have to ask my friend. And people took *really* good care of their babies during the day. Not. This one chick in my dance class threw her jacket over the babie's head, and in math a girl had a red bull can propped up against it. My friend was lucky; she got sick while she had her baby so it still slept during the school day and she could rest.

My guidance counselor kept trying to get me to consider teaching, because it matched up with my personality profile thingy, but I know I could never do it. I would not be able to stand being treated the way some teachers are (not by me, but by other nasty teens and preteens). I just don't have that much patience, and I'd prolly end up being the evil teacher everyone hates :P

I thought I wanted to teach elementsry school until I did my preprofessional and found out that I hated it. I did have a great supervising teacher and the class I worked with were pretty nice kids for the most part.

we have a class just like that in our high school, its fun until the baby starts
crying in the middle of class lol
