What do you guys think?

I am hoping to pick 2 up on Saturday. I may go this one and one bigger for my new future additions. Will having a filter in there cause too much stress on the betta?

True. I didn't think about Walmart. Do they sell actual dividers for 10gals or do they have to be made? I was just reading where people had issues w/ the homemade dividers.

Thanks!

I think my main concern will be the filters. I have a read a bit on here about how they can push the fish around because they are too strong, or even suck them up? I'm about to do a search on the best filters to get for them.

you can make your own dividers from mesh (they sell it in walmart or michaels).
There are lots of DIY posts around. Here is just one as an example. I think cost of 3 dividers would be under $5

I'm really like this little filter. http://www.petco.com/N_24_112/Fish-T...quariumFilters

I'm having issues with a commercial divider not working for my DTPK. However, I see pictures of other people's tanks with dividers, so maybe my guy is more devious.

(Seriously, I don't know how he is getting around it. I have not used aquarium sealant around the divider edges but it's the only thing I have not tried. It worked for almost two weeks and then he figured a way around it).
