Lucy Needs HELP!!

Well I was looking at my tank and noticed that there was something wrong with my filter so pulled the tube that sucks the water and then I saw Lucy sink to the bottom. I knew something was wrong because she didnt move her tail. After that I knew that she was sucked by the filter and got stuck there for how long, IDK. She usually swims to me when she sees me but I didn't see her, so I thought that maybe she's hiding inside my castle-thing but she wasn't there. So to my point now. SHE's DEFORMED. She is shaped like a horse shoe with har tail curved which makes her an S. I think she broke her spine-ish. IDK what to do PLS Help me.

D: poor girlie. try putting her in a shallower tank, and cover it. that should help de-stress her, at least, and make it easier for her to get to the top. other than that, i'm not sure what you can do...

Thats all done for her, she's on her own floating cup. I just really feel sad for her.

Oh no! I'm so sorry that this has happened to her. Can you post pictures at all? If it's a spine problem, there might not be anything that can be done...

Well her normal body has comeback but she has a bump on her side.

Just keep an eye on her, it might just be a bruise. If you can, get yourself a prefilter sponge. They sell them at Petsmart sometimes. Their made by Fluval. Or you could buy a filter sponge and cut an x into it and slide it over the intake. Here's the fluval thing...
