Sven

he was actually semi-cooperative while I was trying to take pictures, so thought I'd post a few. his full name is actually Sven for Glorry (the double r is on purpose :p). he got his name from an episode of "How I met your mother" lol

obligatory bubble nest pic ^_^

the weird spot on his head is a loose scale, think he scratched himself on his feeder ring, it's flipped the other way now which seems to have fixed the problem

it was like 3 days before I saw him even go near the thing. then he felt the need to explore it and kept swimming through. I kept yelling "little nose!" at my boyfriend every time I saw him peek out, lol. actually caught him sleeping in it today ^_^

hahaha that's cute! I bought my females a ceramic stump with a small branch-like thing sticking out (meant for small reptiles but works for fish tanks too). Anyways, there is a hole in the front, the back, and at the end of the branch and the females have yet to venture inside.

Yeah none of my bettas have ever even given their caves a second glance. I keep the caves in their tanks just in case they do decide to explore one day, but it hasn't happened yet.
