Exclamation Quick! i need pics ASAP!

i'm trying to explain to someone, that Halfmoons are known to bite their own tails. they claim, bettas can't bite their own tails, and that my Dante probably had fin rot. .____o being a tail gal(LOL), i can tell the difference between tail biting, and fin rot. but, it's hard to find good pics showing the difference on google. i know many on here have experience and photos, so i ask you! give me at least one good pic of a betta with fin rot, and one of a betta who's been tail biting, please! :O

I dont have any pictures, but maybe explain that with fin rot, the edges of the fins are black, and with tailbiting, there is no discoloration at the ends of the fins?

I have a photo of Freed in my album with his tail growing back after he bit it. It's not very obvious though.

Show them a vid of bettas spawning.. if a male can wrap himself around a female like that they can definitely bite their own tail!!
