I gave D'Argo 3 frozen brine shrimp tonight. Thawed them in tank water first and dropped them in, one at a time with a tweezers. He snatched up the first one, chewed it a bit and spit it out, watched it fall, then snatched it again. He did this a couple of more times until it was gone and then came back up for more. Then he did the same thing with each of the other two. My kids (ages 2 and 3) thought it was hilarious and ran around the house spitting raspberries. Hopefully he was just playing around. I was afraid that maybe they were too big but he finished them up.

My HM used to do that and I was always curious why they do that.. it just makes the tank dirtier when it sits on the bottom and the can't get it. :3
