Can I move the fry and do 100% water change now? Also tiny white moving dots...

They arnt but a couple days old but the bottom of the tank look filthy and in the tank are tiny barely visable white dots moving around on the glass. They arnt touching the fish or fry, but I'm not sure what they are.

Ive read about copepods, but the thing is... I have no live plants in there so where would something like these come from? What else could it be?

Thanks for answers!

Crawling on the glass..either baby snail or planaria and harmless....you take a big risk making 100% water changes at this age...I would siphon the bottom of the tank the best you can making 50% water change at most once they are free swimming......at wiggler stage the shock of the fresh water may not turn out so good......get some live plants and add them to the tank...hornwort, water lettuce or any type of floater will help with water quality.....
