Unhappy I think Sheila has Dropsy =(

I was looking at her this morning before I went to work and she looked a little bigger than normal. When I came home she got even bigger. I'll post pics up (just taken a few minutes ago during her water change) to get some opinions, but I think she might have dropsy. If she does, what should/can I do? If there is anything I can do...my bf and I are expecting the worse =(

my poor girl T_T

Yes, she has the characteristic pineconing. I'm so sorry. :( You can try an epsom salt treatment: 1 tsp epsom salt per gallon of conditioned water for two days, then two tsp epsom salt for eight days, doing 100% daily water changes throughout treatment. Most fish don't recover from dropsy, but as long as she isn't suffering, it's worth trying the epsom salt treatment.

I don't think she's gonna make it, she's gotten significantly worse within the past 2 hours. I moved her into a more shallow container because she was having trouble swimming and reaching the surface to breathe.
