It's actually called an "asian mullet," but I'm not asian xD It's a hairstyle with a ton of layers on the top, and usually sidebangs.

It's the name of a biblical prophet and the name of a guy in a book we are reading in class: Spite Fences. Good book. I recommend it, but its a tad mature, but hey, this is the teen thread
