My fish was completely normal before I feed it. After eating the fish start to act weird, cannot swim straight and start to show its belly. I dont think its will be able to make it after tonight.
Maybe I was freaking out, I think I over feed it. Normally my beta stop eating after a few bite on frozen shrimp, and some other cooked meat and leave the rest. But today I used cooked meat and the little dude just bite like crazy. When I check back with him, he already consumed the whole chunk of food closed to 5 mm. Is there any way to make him spit it out or something to help him digest? I worried he will die soon if he keep floating or laying at under the ship ornament.
Bettas shouldn't be eating cooked meat… What meat is it? 5mm is too big for a betta to bite. You shouldn't be giving him such large pieces, he could choke.

I believed your fish is suffering from poor water quality (ammonia burns) as well as a totally inappropriate diet. No where in the wild is a fish going to find rice and cooked meat. Their bodies simply cannot healthily process it. It is absolutely vital that you buy your betta adequate food and do proper water changes. That means some healthy pellets as well as some frozen bloodworms as a treat, and water changes every other day.
The very fact that your symptoms show up after feeding is a huge signal that what you are feeding isn't right.
If you're worried about him bloating, try to find some daphnia from the pet/fish store; it's a great natural laxative and might help. I'd also fast him for two or three days. Then, like everyone else said, get him on a diet of fish-appropriate foods. If he doesn't eat pellets you can exclusively feed frozen fish food. Just don't feed freeze-dried more than once a week.
