Film of bubbles in the tank?

I set up a new betta tank today, and I'm using tap water treated with AmQuel brand water conditioner. Up until now, I've been using distilled water (yes, I know. That's why I'm using treated water now.) with my other tanks.
But now there are many, many tiny bubbles coating everything- the walls, the plant, the gravel- the fish doesn't seem to be bothered but it's not a bubble nest and it doesn't seem normal. What's going on?

you can just brush them off, if you let your water sit for a while before putting it in it won't happen again
don't remember why it happens, but it's not harmful or anything

yah its just water/oxygen thing, nothing to worry about, you can wipe them off or leave them be, they disappear over an hour or so after....

Like roypattonphoto said its just oxygen bubbles. Mine go away after 1 day in the 10g and in a few hours in the 1g bowl.
