New Bettas from AB

This forum is not good for my wallet! Just got a new pair from AB. He's a Platinum Orange OHM from Ninebettas (his bettas are gorgeous!). It's seems people aren't too fond of this color but I've always had a soft spot for them. I don't have a pic of the female.

This male is a replacement for a betta that was DOA last week (the DOA: http://www.aquabid.com/uploads/fwbettashm1301201038.jpg). I hardly think he is anything close to the same quality as the fish I originally paid for but the breeder sent the replacement without telling me so I never got a chance to choose the new fish. Not a fan of his fins, but I do find his coloration striking! He definitely has some double tail in there somewhere...

Thanks for looking!

I LOVE THE SECOND ONE!

First one has good form, but his color bores me :/

I guess I just like a lot of blink in my bettas ^_^

Nice fish though!

Yep, that's exactly what I thought! I guess I find the simplicity refreshing :)
I really do love the second one as well, I love his red helmet! It's just frustrating that the breeder never responded to my email about the DOA and then all the sudden my transhipper is emailing me telling me there's a fish there for me. Safe to say I was a bit confused!

I think the first one is spectacular. I like that color a lot, I just don't particularly want to breed it because there are other colors that interest me more. I LOVE his fins though, very very nice!

They are both beautiful but in different ways from each other.

I think the first guy is very beautiful. Hopefully he makes up for the less wow- factor of his colors with his personality!
The second guy is very pretty. Sorry your first was DOA. :(

Thank you everyone, I'm sorry I failed to respond sooner. For some reason I never got a notice that people had responded to it...

I do plan to breed the marble copper male this summer so I'll keep you updated. It's funny, he's even popular on DeviantArt. Everyone wants his babies :)
