Simple heating question...

Hey guys,

I currently have a 2gal tank with some live plants and a small led light that seems to be doing ok.

The temp of the tank hovers around 77-78F during the day, and 76-77F after I turn the light off.

I have a small heater that would raise the temp of the tank 5 degrees if I use it - should I use it, or are the current temps high enough?

Thanks

What do you have in your tank? the temperature actually sounds fine. You may want the heater if you have a cold spell.

I don't like the heaters that just raise the temperature -- much prefer one with a thermostat; that way, you can just leave it on and it holds the right temp level....
