Birthday present!

So I went to buy an Ipod for myself as a birthday present and afterwards popped into Petco to look for some ornament for Fleur's tank because the red arch thing I had broke and there was exposed metal. So anyways, they had the most amazing new batch of bettas. Needless to say only PETS should go to Petco, not humans. We all know what happens when we go in. Hehe. :D
I've wanted a plakat for THE LONGEST TIME and have been drooling over everyone's here forever (doggyhog's Napoleon for one! :D). Found two that I just fell in love with, this guy and a white dragon plakat who had tiny specs of blue and black (marble for sure). Finally chose this guy over the other because he just had an adorable face. Also got the ancient ruin thing on clearance for $5!
For now, I put him in the 3 gallon because plakats have a higher tendency to jump and I know Fleur won't so she's in a 2 gallon fish bowl for the last weeks I'm here at school.

He's insanely active and won't stop moving so pics are blurry and I threw in a video just to show how he won't stop moving.

Sorry for the novel...and the blurriness of the video, I was trying to keep him in focus but failed, lol.

tumtum, it's a 3 gallon Marineland Eclipse. It really is the perfect size for a single betta and maybe a shrimp or two. I loved them so much I got two when I first got into fish over a year and a half ago. I've acquired a lot more tanks since then and I can say that the 3 gallon is still my favorite. The filtrations is awesome and the flow is perfect for bettas.
