Thumbs up Titan's New Tank Decor! Pics!

A couple of weeks ago I bought some Fluval planted tank substrate for the 5 gallon I have Lucy in and upgraded his plants to live ones. Yesterday I decided to do the same for Titan's 2.5 gallon. I also got him a clay pot, and this is the result. =)
This was his old plant decor (Fluval grasspad and colorful rocks, and a broken turret thing).

This is the tank now:

And for anyone who is wondering, that is an Elite Stingray 5 filter stuck to the back of the tank. =) For everybody who read my thread about Titan in the Emergency topic, these pictures were taken after he got all settled back into his tank and he is suffering no ill effects!!

Nice. Be careful with the bamboo, when leaves are submersed, it is known to rot. If youre looking for a tall plant, Id suggest a crypt or amazon sword, or cabomba if your tank stays under 77'. With the crypt and sword, they'll need more gravel ,though.

=) It's silk and smooth, hard plastic. The only thing I haven't killed is java fern and amazon swords, so I am sticking to those two LOL. Thanks though! Glad it tricked you. =P

I'm curious - does cabomba not do well with 78+ temperatures?

I know! That's the reason I got him. I didn't exactly have the room for him LOL, but when I saw him I knew I had to get him so I made the room. It actually turned out quite well, I have a small lamp on either end of my fireplace mantle, a 2.5 gallon beside each of the lamps and a GIANT picture of Marilyn Monroe standing in the middle. It looks really nice. =)

No, it does not fare well in temps above 77', which is why I usually dont see it in betta tanks too often. Its nettles melt off if over 78'.
