Plants & Accessories Help

My betta girl has been upgraded to a 2 gallon, she's very pleased! She even has a filter now which stops that nasty film from growing on the top of the water.

Right now she has 2 fake plants. She loves hiding in them and swimming through them so I'm getting her some anarchias and moss balls. Although, how do I tell if they're healthy?? And they'll both do well in low lighting, correct? Lastly, should I get some fertilizer for them?

And I want to make her some bridges and tunnels out of rock. I have these large rive rock type of rocks for her and wondering would it be okay if I siliconed some together to make like bridges and stuff to place around her tank, or is this a hazard??

Thanks!

p.s. pics soon!
