pictures would be great thanks! I'm not sure how this delta would eat though, since both of his eyes were like this.

if you have a really good food, they can smell the food, and zone in on it. that's how Theo started. :3 he couldn't see when i sprinkle pellets, but when i'd use the New Life Spectrum Grow pellets, he could smell them really well(as can i! they're STRONG!). i gotta clean Theo's tank, but i'll get pics after i'm done. :3

check this out:

http://www.bettafish.com/showthread....=diamond+betta

THEY WERE SELLING HIM ON AQUABID AS A "SUPER RARE DIAMOND EYE BETTA"!!!! poor thing. i guess thats what happens when you inbreed dragons too much. is that betta at petco a dragon? he looks it, but its kinda hard to tell.

I think you should buy him. he deserves a good home. if somebody else bought him, they may not know hes blind, and he could starve, get stuck in a filter, statue, etc.

Thats definately something I could do! Would a 1.75 gallon kritter keeper be large enough? I need to convince my mom to let me go get him!

that should be fine. :3 imo, blind or partly blind fish do better in smaller tanks. :d less room for them to get lost in. x3

tell her, if she lets you get him, she doesn't need to get you a bday/xmas present. xD

Well its not the price or the fact that I don't need more bettas as much as the fact that the petco is about 45 minutes away that bugs her. She said we could maybe go back next weekend. But for all I know he was seperated by an employee for disposal! I hope hes still there!

you don't have any friends that could drive you? or, you offer to pay her back for gas, or something? Xd that usually works for my mom. xD
