Do I Need Fertilizer?

Tank is cycled, 5G Hawkeye.
2x Java Fern. Wisteria. Bacopa.
One betta which is fed pellets and bloodworms.

Do I need fertilizer?
If yes...
What is the best kind of fertilizer to use?
How often?

Technically you don't need fertilizer, but if you want your plants to grow you should grab some. There are a number of fertilizers available at Petsmart/Petco. I personally use Tetra's FloraPride which seems to work but there are many others to choose from that are probably better (I haven't really experimented). Dose it according to the instructions on the bottle :)

I use Seachem Flourish. It works!!

I believe I use nutragro by nutrafin..it works pretty well.

The fertilizer won't bother the cycle or the fish? I don't have to be careful on type then? Just get one of the recommended brands.

I think you'll be OK. Seachem Flourish doesn't seem to worry the fish (watch out for Excel, though -- they warn against overdosing).

Not sure about Nutrafin, but suspect it'll be OK.
