how to fix glass clarity on an aquarium?

hooray!!! got a great deal on 2 glass tanks (10$ each!!! ) the smaller one, a 10g, is pretty nice, looks almost new but a few small scratches. but the 20g, while it is usable, doesnt have all that great of clarity... i was wondering, do any of you seasoned aquarists have some useful secret to clearing up the clarity on a tank? any recommendations for a good product to help with my problem, but wont cost me a bunch of money? thanks for any input you have!

Dunno, really. Maybe straight vinegar and a bit of elbow grease?

Is it cloudy cause it is scratched? Or just cloudy from prior use? No idea how to fix scratches bit just cloudy from use should come off with a good scrub down.

Edit: I just saw your post. Glad it looks better!
