Exclamation Please Help! BAD fin irritation.

I got some better shots of my CT in his QT. Does anyone know what might have caused the insane redness in his tail, and how to treat it? Please answer!

Possible Ammonia burn. Basic Epsom treatment could perhaps fix.

It's possible, he was in a small Betta barrack where I bought him yesterday... How much should I dose him, and how often? His QT is a one gallon.

I actually believe aquarium salt is better for injuries then epsom salt. I would premix the salt with treated water in a gallon jug, 1tsp per gallon.
