Exclamation Still not looking better...

I came home yesterday and found that a few rays on my black CT's tail had turned a BRIGHT bloody red. I don't think it's because he's coloring up, but I guess it could be...I have in in QT treated with one TSP of Aquarium salt a day. Is there anything else I should be doing? Here are some pics;

Personally I would PM OFL with all of the info included from the sticky. I don't think that is normal. Is he active and eating normally?
