Filter for a 6.6 Gallon tank

I was at Pectco today and ran across a 6.6 gallon tank. It was on clearance because it was missing part of the filter. I'm just looking for suggestions on a filter for it. I would think a 25 watt heater would be ok.

I love my aquaclear 20... I have it on a 5.5g without any problems with too much current.

The Marina i25 is a TERRIFIC little internal filter & PERFECT for that size tank! I own several of them & couldn't be happier with them. If you push them TOTALLY underwater they don't make a ton of current and they are QUIET!!! :)

That & the Elite Mini Submersible 25w heater and you will be good to go with that tank! :)

I have a Tetra 10i which is an internal and I like it. Just make sure the water is up high enough to reduce the current. A 25W heater would be just right for that size of tank. Get an adjustable one if you can.

I've got a small corner filter in my 6+ gallon... you know, the ones that run with an airstone. Positive is that it's a good little filter, not much current, and inexpensive. Negative is that it takes a little more room than some other smaller internal filters. Overall, I'm very pleased with it, though.

And I've also got a 25 watt heater in mine and it works well.

Thanks for the ideas. It sounds like I have quite a few options. I think that size would be perfect for a King Betta.
