Betta Bugs food

I was at petco today and I saw they are now selling a live food called betta bugs has anyone tried it?

they're just the wingless fruit flies right? not sure how much those ones are or how long they last, but I got a fruit fly culture that's supposed to last for about a month for about $10 at petco
I get some mixed reviews. Robin looks at me like I'm crazy when I put them in his tank, I'll try using a chopstick to poke at them and he bites the chopstick and ignores the fly. Jazz can't seem to make up his mind about them, sometimes he just stares at them, sometimes he gobbles them right up. Sven and my new boy both took a little while to figure it out, but seem to be enjoying them now. seeing as my little girl Tink got her name from trying to bite a plastic cup, I don't think there's much she wouldn't eat and they're no exception, lol
