Possibly breeding over summer?

I have my PetCo betta I am seriously considering breeding. He has a very calm personality and makes really sturdy, thick, elaborate bubblenests I am thinking he couldhave great father material. Problem? The only female I have is a PetCo female who is nothing of the quality he is.

Who would you guys match for Julep?? (My avatar.) Anyone seen good females on AB lately that paired with him would produce some nice offspring?

If not Julep I might breed my new AB male. He is 8th generation copper/gold CT with great coloring, finnage, and rays. There are pics of him and his daddy under my thread "first AB boy".
