Not a great size but a neat idea. It would look weird have big plants / trees in your apartment though, or a "cave" for that matter

lol ya it would. we would need to have little couches and picture frames...and then there would be no places to hid:(...unless behind the couch tehe.

yes im sure everyone noticed that it was a fake fish but im sure people really think they can put real fish in it and the other site had a betta in it.

HA! I actually have this tank didn't buy from urban outfitters, way cheaper on amazon.

It is about a gallon, I have Tom mini filter, heater, and live plants. My Betta is perfectly content, loves playing peek in the windows and fits great on my desk. As long as you keep up on water changes it is a perfectly acceptable home for a Betta.

I'm not particularly fond of homes under 2.5 gallons being permanent digs unless they have tons of fast growing stems in them.

I think this is a neat vase but I'd use it as that, a vase. I'd possibly is it as an invert nano tank but I don't see much point in that for me personally because I like being able to see what I've put my work into and since a good deal of that is opaque it kind of defeats the purpose IMO.

If you like yours and if you keep the water clean though then that's cool.

Why do you have a filter in there though? for water movement?
