Question Fins Folded?

Hi everyone! I've been watching Penfold swim around, and it looks like his one of his two long bottom fins has been folded. Just like when you fold a piece of paper, and then the paper has a bend in it. Upon closer examination, his belly fin looks a bit folded in the back, too. He also has a longish oval pin-hole towards the bottom back of his belly fin. He doesn't seem to be sick, he doesn't have any signs of fin rot or anything. Is the folding normal or a symptom? Thanks for your help...

He's not sick. some fish R just bor w/ crooked, bent, or folded fins. Hyperion has one little fork in his tail that is kinda sticking out in an odd direction (you wouldn't notice it unless you looked really closely). It could also be from a past injury like a ripped fin that healed wrong, but it sounds like a minor deformity. normal in many pet store bettas from excessive inbreeding.
