What is this? Parasites? Planaria?

I have long white worms in my tank and I really want to know what they are, they could be related to my bettas illness!
Thai, who has had a fungus problem. He is getting alot better, no more fungus spots, but he still has those white rings around his eyes.
Here is a picture, I thought it was planaria, but the ones in there now are super long:
Ahh, the stupid thing is not loading.

Description:
The were very small and white, crawling on the tank walls.
Now they (or something else) are very long and crawling on the tank walls. The just sit there, or move around.

I'm tired of seeing them around!
I've had them before, but I cleaned out the whole tank, and now they are back again!
Unless it's something else.
Last time there was a weird centepede looking thing in there, but it is gone.
Will a parasite medication kill them off? Should I use it for Thai too after he is done with the fungus medicine? I don't want to medicate him too much, the parasite medicine is the brand Jungle (parasite clear).
I'm going to take apart the whole tank and clean it with bleach.
How do I clean the plants?
I do NOT want to try bleach and end up killing them...
Thai has a temporary QT vase he's being treated in.

I forgot to mention, Thai would eat them sometimes.
They move around by moving their bodies like worms, and stick their head up in the air to look around.
They are very thin and long and white.
It looks like they either have very tiny legs or hairs...

Maybe he is pooping them out...? I am unsure.

Just keep taking them out..that's all I can tell you. Sorry! Goodluck.

It is probably a type of nematode or planaria...Do they have pointy triangle shaped heads?

no!
I don't see a triangle, they are too tiny and they look straight.

Thank you for the answers!

Well, I bleached his aquarium, and rinsed it out several times, pouring the water on the rocks to wash them too!
So it should have gotten rid of whatever it was, but I guess I'll use the parasite clear too just in case. Can anyone please tell me if it's okay I treat Thai too after using the fungus medication?
I'm gonna test it and see if it there is a difference, and if there is I will then use it for him.

Okay!
I found out that it IS planaria, and I found a picture that looks just like the ones in my tank. Haha
It just didn't look like it has a triangle head.
Thank you for the help!!!
