you can interbreed any of these. I dont know that you can breed a wild type to one of the other ones, but I am not one hundred percent sure. because all except the wilds are the same specie but just have different tails. but to get the nicest fins you might want to breed two of the same tail types. and dont breed two double tails together, because the fry will have deformities. If you want doubletails breed a doubletail to a halfmoon or delta tail.

Question ^

As far as I know, and please wait for someone with a little more knowlege on this... but they all can be bred together no matter what FIN type. As they are all the same type of fish.

But if you dont do matching fin types you can come out with undesirable traits in the fins.

You can not cross betta splendens with wild type bettas, they are different species. However, you can cross all tail types of betta spendens though not all of them are good to cross. It is best not to cross crowntails with other fin types. You should only cross double tails with halfmoons or super deltas, not other double tails. Veil tails are not easy to find homes for and their tail is dominant so you shouldn't cross them with other tail types either. The easiest to breed and find homes for are super deltas and halfmoons IMO.
