Help!

I dun know if this is the right place to post this question, but its very urgent.. So..

I had 3 fishes in a tank.. But one of my Cleaner fish died today. It cant seems to swim, kept sinking to the bottom looking tired.. Afraid that my other fishes would be affected by the died fish.
I did a 100% water change with aged water + water conditioner. But now my other cleaner fish keep floating to the top of the water!! it was fine at first, but after i placed it in the newly changed water, he kept floating.
& my Betta fish flares/attack the poor cleaner fish..
Im scare tat i might lose 2 fishes in a day.. NEED HELP!!
ps. Its been more than a week since i brought it, using a new tank. My dad says its becos my tank is too clean, so the poor cleaner fish has nth to eat.. But i read that floating may be caused by overfeeding.. So im confused now.

Look, you need to reply the form so we can actually help you, I will give you some heads up about your veggie friend.

"Cleaners" are usually herbivorous or they tend to eat dead stuff with the algae (like snails). But! They all use algae as their primary source of food, if your aquarium is old, then there's microscopic algae in it, even though your aquarium is not greenish because of it.

If your aquarium is new, you need algae replacement tablets, I use Pleco Multi Wafers for my snails, but the thing about it is, once your betta discover he can also eat it he/she will eat the food like mad and get bloated, so you might get some source of plan on how to feed your fishes without the betta around, I'm now feeding my snails on another temp aquarium for 30 mins then putting them back to the aquarium, sounds troublesome but might help my fattie to stop eating their food.

If the fish is floating around it is totally not a good sign, you need to check your water levels:

Amonia, ph, temperature, oxygen... The more you know the better. (which is one of the most important reasons for you to fill up that form).

Also, you may want to check on your betta, if he is attacking too much the other fishes he could be actually killing them.

Other than that you have to wait from some of the experts to show up.

I use a airstone, but i place it in a feeder so the bubble wont vibrate the surface of water so much to destroy the bubble nest..
