Betta Acting Weird?

My new betta that i have had since saturday is flaring at every thing in his tank for some weird reason .
PLEASE HELP

I'ver never read anything about that being a sign if illness.... maybe he's freakishly territorial? can he see his reflection in the stuff he's flaring at? is it plants too? are they bright colors, funny shapes, any of these? >.<;
I was talking to someone the other day who's betta attacked a leaf in the tank >< so he may just be highly territorial.... what all is in the tank? is he only doing it around one area, or everywhere? really really really check the reflections,
mine started flaring at his filter today because the black surface is reflective ><

hm.... he'rs flares at her hand and attacks it if she sticks it in too deep.... has he been doing this since Saturday? he might just think you're a threat because he doesn't know you yet..... once he associates you withfood he should stop.... maybe he didn't like the color you were wearing? lol
it doesn't sound like illness to me though.... he probably just needs to ajust ^-^ especially if he's done it since he got home,
and some are just freakishly territorial....
