Manley Stanley

So I went to walmart and was looking through the betta and came across this TINY female and was shocked at her size. Picked her up and she flared at me...hmmm upon closer examination I noticed..no egg spot sooo I realized HE! probably flared at me cause HE was sick and tired of being called a girl!!!! I said dont worry little man I'll take you home and give you the proper respect you deserve so into the cart he went hes the smallest betta ive ever seen his entire body length in from the tip of my rather short nails to the first bend in the thumb so we decided to make up for lost time we would give him a very manly name Manley Stanley! Does anyone have a guesstimate about what age he might be at this tiny size?

He's very colourful but he must be a baby still I guess... I never heard of dwarf bettas xD!!!!

I don't know anything about betta childhood but if I had to guess I'd say around 2 months old.

Awww <3

I have a tiny boy too, Bugsy. He's a little bit bigger than your boy, but not by much. In Bugsy's case, he may have been the runt of the spawn. It looks like Stanley is a juvie still, and has a lot of growing to do.

haha awe..manley stanley is cute. I have bought 3 betas from Petco and they were really tiny..I had to crush up the pellets so they could eat them.
