My betta

Hi,
new to the forum.. thought I'd post a picture of my current bettas.
We have 3 (2 females, one male.) but the females live in a community 40g and the male with me in a one gallon. (He will go into a 10 gallon with some dwarf frogs soon)

I got bitten by the betta bug a few years back..when my male I had for years died I tried guppies..found I just love bettas too much. So, here we are.

I picked this guy up today;
I was going for a white, but couldn't put him down. (Couldn't put an orange female I saw there down either..but I wanted a male!)

My guess as well. :)
Was going for a betta from aquabid (Wanted a halfmoon) but I walked into petsmart..downhill from there.

Haha I know! When you walk in it's like they say "Adopt me,adopt me ". And then I'm like "...ok. I'll take all of you " Wish I could

..and then when you get home you're still thinking about all those little faces and wondering how fast you could set up a bunch of tanks..then still make it back to the store before closing time? oh yes. lol

Definitely a veil tail, spade tails have more branching. He's actually looking pretty close to the standard finnage for veils, I hear their tails are supposed to come to a point like that. :>

He's a very nice red-orange.
