Question Little Black wormies?!

so, my brother noticed.... these... little, black worms in his CT's tank. o.0 never had them before, never saw them before.

his CT is in a 2 gallon, with a clump of Java moss he has to get rid of(George is in the dark most of the time. Xd). he has a heater, but it still stays around 70F(stupid Tetra preset heater). he changes the water twice weekly. but.... what are they? D: they're only a few millimeters long, and they wiggle lots. Dx gross. he's scared they'll hurt George, but George ate one. o.0

I googled and got planaria, but those things get big... D; Caused by overfeeding or too much waste apparently. Not sure if thats what it is but if so, i hope you can get rid of them soon, some person on a forum was saying it grew and ate his tiger shrimp. Scary D;
