Best, cheap heaters?

For the 10 gallon I am getting I am adding a heater. The reason is at night it drops a couple degrees but it quickly raises up in my smaller tanks. When I had my 20 gallon running it always stayed at 74*.

So what is a good ADJUSTABLE heater for a decent price? Anything preset that heats always 5* warmer my fish will bake during the day!

Thanks everyone :3

if you were in the UK I would suggest Argos' heater.. Oh well :V!

Can't you find a cheap 50w at ebay or amazon?

I bought one from Petco for 15. It's not adjustable. But it keeps his tank warm enough that he never gets lethargic or colorless anymore. And Nick ALWAYS got cold..... :(
But its okay.

If you ask ds2009, he has a great, reliable heater in hiis 10 gallon! I dont remember what it is, but he'd be happy to tell you.

I dont think it was that expensive.

I don't want to buy used heaters because I don't have an extra tank to test it on and I'd be too nervous... You never know with those things. O.O

And "cheap" meaning not $25+! I'd be happy spending $15-$20 range.

Which elite is it??

I LOVE my Hydor Theo Heaters. You can order them online at Big Al's Online. They are totally adjustable.

I found a heater online for $5 it is a 50 watt... I messaged the seller, I could experiment with it in a tank while QTing my new boy. (He's in the mail now.) He's being priority shipped so I would like for him to stay inside a smaller bowl while I get him back and revived.

Not sure how much this would be somewhere else, but I have the Aqueon 50W heater for 36$ from my LFS. (I'm sure I got ripped off) but it works really well.
