it depends on the spots. if they're just on her fins, she may be. :d
yes, there are female dals. but, they're not seen that often in pet stores. i'm not 100% sure why, though. i'm always on the hunt for a few. lol
dals aren't TOO rare, but they're not bred alot. they're most often seen as Veiltails, in pet stores, but you can sometimes find them on Aquabid in Halfmoon and Halfmoon Plakat form.
you can breed dals, but it's hard to pass on the spots. :d you'd have to breed with a betta who has NO red in them at all, or you may end up with red cambodians, who don't show the spots at all. breeding orange to orange will eventually lead to a peach or salmon colored betta, so you'd need to find a way to improve the orange, if you want orange dal. there are black dals, and blue dals(bettas with black spots, and blue spots), but orange is the most well-known, and my personal favorite. :3
