What size is your tank?
30 gallons.
What temperature is your tank?
78 to 80.
Does your tank have a filter?
yeah.
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration?
nope,
Is your tank heated?
yep.
What tank mates does your betta fish live with?
shrimps , white clouds , tetras , hatchet fish , snails , gouramis , plattys , etc.

Food
What type of food do you feed your betta fish?
Flake , some in the morning and sometimes bloodworms,
How often do you feed your betta fish?
once or twice a day.

Maintenance

How often do you perform a water change?
once every two weeks.
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change?
20 to 30%
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change?
water conditioner.

Have you tested your water? If so, what are the following parameters?

Hardness:

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed?
Got a large lump on its side.
How has your betta fish's behavior changed?
Its hasnt just like normal.
When did you start noticing the symptoms?
2 weeks ago.
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how?
nope nothing i thought i could do.
Does your fish have any history of being ill?
nope.
How old is your fish (approximately)?
Bought about 4 months ago..

I just want to kow what i can do to slow the process of dying really , dont want her in pain:/

Exactly how many fish do you have in there? IMO you should be doing weekly water changes with that many kinds of fish (snails and gouramis have large bioloads)... but we'll need a pic to help you with the lump.
