OMG Free HM! I love my LFS!!!!

I was at my small fishstore today just perusing the bettas, there were quite a few of Canada Bettas's stock still there, but most of them, sadly, have succombed to fungus and velvet .... There was this one poor boy who has been there for nearly two months. He was BEAUTIFUL when he first came into the store - he's a white platinum dragon HM. There was once a white dragon female to go with him, but I think she either got sold or died. (She might also belong to Jupiter?)

I have been eyeing him for ages and ages and today the store manager came up to talk to me because she knows I love bettas. I pointed him out and casually told her he's been here so long. She began bagging him right on the spot and handed him to me and told me that he was on the house ... next thing I know I'm walking out the door with this gorgeous platinum boy who has had tailbiting issues and on top of that, finrot and a bout of velvet.

Pics once I get him set up. He's quite shy at the moment but keeps giving me austere, arrogant looks. I think he needs an Italian name ... like Don Giovanni or something, lol!

I got a pic, its not good because he's very shy, but you get an idea of his colour and fin damage.

He's beautiful. Imagine how amazing he will be once you get him healthy.

d'aaww. poor little guy. the white ones don't usually go that quickly, lately. Theo had been there a week before i got him, and i'm pretty sure the guy was pretty happy he went home with me. :3

Ooh cool names!
His fin damage really isn't as bad as I thought it was, which is excellent. He's quite robust and healthy ... so I'm wondering if the manager gave him to me just to clear out some space.

3P ~

Flarr!!
