Question Quarantine New Fish - How Long?

I've had one of my girls for six days now and I'd like to move her into the 10g with my other girl. I plan on putting her in a netbreeder so they can get used to each other. Is six days a long enough quarantine though? She hasn't seemed sick although I realize it can take a month or more of some illnesses to appear. What do you think? Can I move her in tonight?

IMO 6 days is enough. I usually quarantine for only a few days unless I see the slightest health problem (such as not active enough, fin clamped, etc) which gets a salt treatment.

Okay. After a long battle with the netbreeder assembly, it's up and she's in. So far so good. The two girls are just checking each other out. I'm going to leave my one girl in there overnight. One more quick question: I transferred my newest girl to the tank the netbreeder girl was in and belatedly I realized I should've changed the water. It's a 2.5g and I changed it all yesterday. Should I cup my new girl again and change the water or would that stress her out more?
