Question Cycling with Stability, have a couple ?'s

Ok so on Mon. (hopefully) I'll be getting my supplies for my new 10 gal. I just got (YAY!) and I'm going to start to cycle it with Stability.
? #1: Do I just add the correct amount of dosage everyday and then check it after a week?
? #2: How long should I wait after the week for the cycle to really complete? I was thinking 4 days?
Sorry if these are dumb ?'s.

Stability isn't technically for cycling as it says. It doesn't contain the beneficial bacteria that your tank will grow when it's cycling, but rather some bacteria that will dissolve ammonia and nitrites for awhile and then die off. Stability is mainly for fish-in cycles, when the cycling process produces ammonia and nitrite spikes, to help protect the fish. OR to be used to help with spikes in the future in case your tank suffers a broken cycle or a long filter outage or a big load of new fish. So let the tank cycle for awhile, and grow its own beneficial bacteria before you use Stability or it could actually make the process longer because the Stability will remove all of the stuff in your tank that the good bacteria need to eat to grow and reproduce and therefore cycle your tank.

There have been users that have said that they used it to cycle their tank and it works great.

If you let your tank go anaerobic the bacteria will die off.

Prefer Hagen Cycle, TLC Optimizer

Once the bottle is opened you have about five days to use it all, I've tried putting them in the refrigerator but I still only get five days so just put it beside the tank where it will stay cool.

Daily dosing will work fine. Remember to not have a lot of substrate and to squeegee/scrape the sides of the tank clean every day to encourage growth where you want it instead of everywhere.

Oh ok. Does it cycle the tank? So I scrub where I want it to grow?

Hey nevermind about Stability, I'm on another forum and everyone has suggested Tetra Safestart, they said it's the most successful "cycler".
