if i ever get my 20G back I dont know what I want to keep in it. I dont want goldfish. My sierster wont take the tank for her two fat goldfish and I dont really want to give it to her anyways.

Depends on how long. Is it like a 2 months with proper filtration, water changes, and environment until I can get a 50 gallon, or keep it there for like 2 years until the opportunity to get a 50 gallon comes along? And just to clarify, what exactly did it look like? I'm pretty sure you mean Dragon/Violet Goby, but Arowana can also be called Dragonfish, and those really shouldn't be kept in an aquarium. Describe it?
