Oh, sorry! No one ever answered that yesterday, did they? :/. Sorry, Guns. I don't even know what a Hoya plant is.

Edit: sounds like it likes tropical humid climates but I found nothing about it being near water.

I paid . . . $5.99 for my cup size of moss. Boo, I think I got ripped off.

So I'm sitting in school during tutorial period completely bored. I saved my new little betta this morning (named Tommy). He looks better, but is definitely stressed. I put him in the back room of my photo teachers room in a shaded corner. The room is pretty quiet and warm so I think hell calm down. Hope he does ok till I can bring him home and put him in a bigger tank /:

So here is my tank experiment update for you all.

As you know I was having a problem with my minnows in my betta breeder tank. They were vanishing randomly and I was down to 2.
I have purchased 5 more and with the remaining 2 they have been set up in a 5 gal with 2 mystery snails and 3 small albino cory cats(short term ish till they get too big and will be moved to a new tank)
In the betta breeder tank I have purchased and placed two feeder goldfish.
This experiment will show that is the minnows vanish/die in the 5 gal but everything else is alright then it is the minnow and my tank is safe for breeding.
If the goldfish die and the snails are still alright then, I know it is something with the tank or water and I need to set up a new tank and probably junk this one for anything fish related.
I will go off of my current findings by Saturday and see if I am ready to proceed on breeding from this point.
