okay. I'm hoping to get lots of plant things anyways. can't decide about live vs fake though. it seems like it'd be just as easy to cycle either way. though different.

No reason why you can start with fake and then add live in later when the tank is stable.

i will do that, i think. i hope petco and petsmart have lots of good deals on plants. i bought a little 3 pack of short silk plants at walmart, for 6 bucks. which might be a good price but. idunno. i need some that are going to be tall enough to make it visually interesting lol

Yeah. You get tall plants for the background, medium plants for the midground and cute lil short ones for the foreground. And the tall ones help hide all the ugly equipment. Petsmart has a pack of 4 very nice silk plants for $20, which seems expensive but is actually pretty reasonable when you consider that an individual plant can cost $6-8.

Okay, dear friends, I'm off to finish up some things before I head to bed so this is good night. Talk to you later! Night Bekah! Have fun planning the new tank. :)

Just search for them, if they haven't limited their network, the you should be able to find them. Or ask for a direct link to their account.

Anyway, WHY AM I STILL AWAKE? Oh, I have a logic design quiz tomorrow and I am completely unprepared. Crammmmm session.
