I gave up on moss. It floated everywhere and made a mess. Now I have riccia tied to a driftwood log. I'm wondering if I should trim it back.

Why are people so insistent on taking everything they find outside as a pet!?!!
But I loves my moss ball sails...and their 20 offspring

silver- I would so get the 25 gallon setup if I like, had a job....and money. The hoods are about $45 or more alone and the filters are like $30

I have yet to see the goldfish eat the plants...even the snails dont seem to eat it

i'm not sure how big the tank they have it is in, but it's like four or five feet long and a couple feet high at least. idk how deep. they have a bunch of cichlids and a few plecos in it.

the other lps has one around a similar size with even bigger cichlids. only a few though.

Yeah Sakura moss is a mess, especially during when you try to refill the tank with water and even the slightest nudge blows it away. I've heard some people buying the wine caps and tying moss on them and using that to float them.
