I think I need to trim my wisteria. It's taking over and starting to grow through the holes in the cholla wood.

EDIT: Olympia, oooooh! So pink! But where would I put 20 of them?

Mine are gonna be such a pretty magenta/purple color. Like a deep mahogany. And they will have these colors in stripes on their shells. Like this:

Those things live only for about 3 months. Why would you want them?

Edit: Stupid hamster put a bunch of food in her wheel and is now running in it, making an ungodly racket. O.o

It's an invert lover thing. ;-;
People dish out $5 for a single micro crab that'll live less than a year and won't breed in captivity. $20+ for a single shrimp that'll live a few months at most, hit and miss if your king kong shrimp don't breed.. At least the triops can be bred, and if they don't it's not much loss.

So far, I only do snails. My ghost shrimp didn't last long.

Sparky has a few tiny pond snails in his tank. They crawl on his tunnel.
