Looks like Sakura was right again. My plec must be starving. I tossed in a second algae wafer. He/she actually tried it. I wonder if it was the other snails swarming it, or it needed to learn to eat algae.

Still wide awake it seems. That Diet Coke sure helped keep the sleep at bay. Yay caffeine!!!

Hmm is it right for a betta to change color? Mine seems to be, when I bought him he was red mostly but now he's turning more and more blue. Scared the heck out of me when I noticed the tips of his tail I thought they were turning black! O.O

Edit: Grr I need to stop being a lazy pants and go find my camera and get some pics of me and my fishies!>.<

Hoover loves him some algae wafers. and cucumber! he didn't really eat anything off teh walls of the tanks though
