Well. That is one ridiculously cute fish. My husband said he looked happy and chubby. :p

I have a question for you peeps. I had a community planned out for a 20g, but I just found out that the tank is actually a 15g! D: So, can this still work? Or will I need to pick something else?

Wow neat fish! :3

Also my lamp exploded because I didn't check the bulb's wattage and then accidently splashed water on it while setting my tank up. Heat + water = BOOM = Not fun

Longfin senegal bichir is gorgeous!!!!!

EDIT: Elizabeth, haha, thanks. :) And yes, I think that still works.

Kinetic, wow. I'm glad you're okay. That sounds scary and dangerous.

That would have scared me to death..

I know, it's like a dragon! Plus I asked someone on here who has 3 bichir and they said they don't think the fins would cause any problems for the bichir, so that means it's not a burden on them!
I will not rest until I find one.

I thought you didn't like them. Hehe.
Hmm, I found an old aquabid for two 5" longfins for $40.. So that's $20 each, not bad, not bad. Only about twice as much as a regular. xD

99% of the time he is! I don't know what got into him that night. He went nuts. Maybe I should expect an earthquake or something . . .

EDIT: Olympia, it's so tiny! Sooooo cute! Ah, why are there so many fish that are so cool?!?!
