yeah i cant decide what i think of that bowl that's dropping over the side of the counter. i see it a lot but it just looks dangerous. probably because there are 7 people in my house. and a dog.
Such a cute fishy!
I hate fish bowls in general. My little baby has never been so happy as she is now, in a 48'' long tank.
Bekah, that silver dollar is like . . . dead. If not, it's on its way out.
I want silver dollars but Sparky would probably shock them and I think the 20gal is too shallow. GRRR.
Anyways, off for the night.
Its actually dead and decomposing...Who let that thing in there for that long time?
20g is fine for a small school but your catfish is most-likely a problem. They need to be with friendly fish. Oh and i wouldnt recommend live plants either, they act like locusts on them :).
How is 20 gallons fine for an active fish that grows 6 inches? o-o
Idea, you could grow out some fish in another tank and add them into Sparks tank.
Sounds bad but I'd get cheap fish for Sparky tank mates.
OR A DATNOID. (not gonna let that one go!)
morning all got the house to myself for a couple of days just me and the dogs i am so gonna get board. planning a trip to petsmart later today sister need crickets for her frogs and she left me some cash for them. i'm gonna check out those knife fish while i'm there they are so cute.
Yes but there is the ethical question of providing a fish with enough room... Sure an aquarium will never compare to the wild, but we must always do our best in providing the fish with enough room to be at least comfortable.
